TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We use NZ Post, you may decide between standard post which will take 3-5 working days, rural post takes 3-7 working days and costs a little bit more, please ensure you have paid for rural postage at the checkout, otherwise we might get to the shipping part of your order and see it is rural and will need to contact you for the extra payment. Standard post in urban and rural post isn't tracked so we cannot take responsibility if lost in the postal system. We recommend tracked post when ordering online, that way you can be sure your products make it to you.
You can also have your items courierd for a faster delivery and tracked. These both incur additional charges at checkout.
Return and exchange policy
We check every bait we pack for quality, it's important to us that we give you the best possible product and due to the nature of our products being sold from bulk packaging we are unable to take returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you do find a fault we will accept a return and check the manufacturing quality to determine your claim. If we agree it is a fault we will happily exchange for another product of the same bait with proof of purchase within 14 days and must not have been used.
Refunds process if applicable:
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue and proof of purchase. We will reply and give you the postal address to return to for us to take a look at the product and we will email you with the outcome. If the product is faulty we will cover the shipping costs. However if we find there is no fault you will be liable for postage.
On sale goods
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Your privacy is important to us.
When you purchase products from us you enter your details which we will use only for letting you know we've received your order, when it's being shipped, and for occasional direct emails of new products. This will be seen by Softbaits New Zealand LTD staff.
Third party: we will need to supply our courier of your shipping details to deliver your order.
We will not provide your details to other websites or third parties other than stated above.
When you submit an order or fill in other forms on our site you authorise us to hold your details entered into that form.
Since we use Paypal, we (Softbaits New Zealand LTD) do not hold your credit card details.
